Do you want to experience nature in a newbeautifulamazingimpressiveawesome way?

COMING SOON!

Our kayaking on the beautiful Salmon River. Even if you have never kayaked, we will teach you on this shallow, slow moving river in very stable kayaks. You will be able to approach wildlife within feet and they are not afraid of you! We have had friendly encounters with harbor seals right next to the kayak, river otters, bald eagles, and numerous shorebirds. I am always amazed and excited when I can get within a few feet of shorebirds that normally I can only see closely through powerful binoculars. The wildlife is not only incredible but the scenery is also breath taking! We kayak along the south side of Cascade Head with astounding panoramic views!

3 hours and we go out most days at high tide when the kayaking is easier. The return part of the trip will normally be at slack tide. Times will therefore vary due to tidal variation of the high tides.

Trip cost is $65. Ask about the whale watching/kayak combo discount.

Kayaks, paddles, life vest, waterproof kayak jacket, and lessons.

You will meet at the Knight County Park. Take Highway 101 from the McDonald’s in Lincoln City 3.8 miles north and turn left at North 3 Rocks Road (Right past mile post 104). Travel 2.4 miles to Knight County Park (Knight County Park, 2341 N 3 Rocks Rd, Otis, OR 97368).

We will meet you at the boat ramp.
